From the recording All You Need Is Love
Where the Beatles meet the Grateful Dead. This track has a nice 3/4 (waltz time) feel to it, and I enjoy playing it. The challenge was to develop an opening figure, so that when the main vocal is stated by the piano, the classic theme is still fresh. After the song is complete, a brief Dead jam ensues. I wonder if the Dead ever played a jam in 3/4 time? Recorded 5/16/2020.
